These terms apply when you use the Get Pet Art website or order a custom pet portrait. By placing an order you agree to them. Our portraits are created from the photo you provide and printed on demand.
Your photos
You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every photo you upload. You keep ownership of your photos and give us a limited license to use them only to create and fulfill your order.
Your portrait
We transform your photo into a portrait in the style you choose. Results are artistic interpretations and may differ slightly from your photo. You can preview the portrait before ordering.
Personal use
Your portrait is for personal, non-commercial use. Character designs remain the property of Get Pet Art.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and shown on each product page. Payment is processed securely by Shopify at checkout.
Delivery, returns and reprints
See our shipping and returns policy. Personalized items are made just for you, so they can't be returned. If your item arrives damaged, or you are not happy with the print quality, we will reprint it or refund you.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
