Free US shipping on orders over $75. Prints are produced in 2-5 business days, then ship in 3-7 business days within the US. Digital downloads arrive by email within 24 hours. Personalized items can't be returned, but if your print arrives damaged or you're unhappy with the print quality, we'll reprint it or refund you.
Shipping
- We ship to the United States only.
- Free shipping on orders over $75; otherwise shipping is calculated at checkout.
- Production: 2-5 business days. Every item is printed on demand.
- Delivery: 3-7 business days after production.
- Digital downloads: emailed within 24 hours.
Christmas deadline
Order prints by December 12, 2026 for US delivery before Christmas. Carrier delays in December can happen, so earlier is safer.
Returns, reprints and refunds
Personalized items are made just for you, so they can't be returned. If your item arrives damaged, or you are not happy with the print quality, we will reprint it or refund you.
How to request a reprint or refund
- Email hello@getpetart.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and a photo of the issue.
- We'll reply within one business day with a reprint or refund.
