Step 1: Upload your pet photo
Choose a style, then upload one photo per pet. JPG, PNG, WebP and HEIC files up to 15 MB are accepted, straight from your phone's camera roll. The best photos are sharp close-ups taken at eye level in daylight. Our pet photo guide explains what to look for.
Step 2: Preview your portrait instantly
See an instant on-page preview, then order your portrait. Check the artwork and your choices before purchase. Printed portraits go into production after ordering.
Step 3: We print and ship
Pick a digital download, poster, framed poster or canvas, and add a pet name and gift message if you like. Your order is printed on demand by our US print partner. Free US shipping on orders over $75. Prints are produced in 2-5 business days, then ship in 3-7 business days within the US. Digital downloads arrive by email within 24 hours.
What if something isn't right?
If your print arrives damaged or you're not happy with the print quality, we'll reprint it or refund you. Read the shipping and returns policy.
