How do custom pet portraits from a photo work?
Choose a style and size, upload a photo and add your pet's name. You'll get a proof by email and nothing is printed until you love it.
Are the portraits painted by hand?
Your portrait is created from your own photo and printed. If you want a real original, add the hand-painted upgrade to any printed portrait and a professional artist paints it (5–6 weeks).
How long does shipping take?
Prints are produced in 2-5 business days and ship in 3-7 business days within the US. Orders over $75 ship free.
What if I'm not happy with my print?
Personalized items are made just for you, so they can't be returned. If your item arrives damaged, or you are not happy with the print quality, we will reprint it or refund you.
Can I put more than one pet in a portrait?
Yes. Choose up to 4 pets and upload a photo of each. Each extra pet adds $10.
